Varsity Gymnastics - Kindy Gymnastics

Kindy Gymnastics 3-4 Years

In this un-parented class the coach will lead the group of children through event circuits that will develop dominant movement patterns. Children will develop a strong foundation of skills which will help them with more advanced gymnastics, as well as any other physical activity or sport.

Classes designed for children who are able to separate from their parents and enjoy the independence of learning gymnastic skills under the direction of a coach.

Traditional equipment is modified to meet the needs of the "preschool gymnasts". Obstacle courses are used to teach basic skills, to allow experimentation with new found capabilities and help build the coordination necessary for future physical and academic success.

(45-minute class per week-must be toilet trained)

Kindy Gymnastics Ages 4 & 5

This class is for gymnasts that have previously been enrolled in the 3-4 program.

At this level the coaches will begin to work children through a specified checklist of developmental skills. Coaches will design the class to work on a wide variety of skills and skill progression activities at each event.

(45-minute class per week must be toilet trained)
